I expect severe impact. I'm not worried insofar as worry / panic isn't a useful stance. I'm doing basic prep for minimax reasons.
I expect SF, LA, NY to see major nCov impacts first within the US
also I don't have domain knowledge + haven't researched this well

I'm assuming most folks would classify flub season as mildly unpleasant. Weird that average expectation is less severe than normal flu.
Supply chain impacts seem unpleasant, if nothing else

Like if it was released here directly ? Pretty bad. Worse than SARS, definitely, especially since Coronavirus is basically a bio weapon.

Not to sound too callous but even 10 or 100 people contracting corona is "barely any impact" in my books. That said, I don't expect even that much.

1) 3rd largest city in county.
2) big Chinese population.
3) poor and inefficient public health system.

I chose mildly unpleasant simply because I live in a college town that has put travel restrictions on faculty, so it could be unpleasant for them.
