Interesting asymmetry with important implications: People attribute the lack of women in STEM fields to external factors (discrimination, stereotyping) but attribute the lack of men in helping professions to internal factors (lack of motivation, lack of ability).

Or more accurately, all narratives are female thus it's never the fault of women when they fail & men could only win if they were sexist/discriminating etc The world has gone upside down. No longer is it "who did she sleep with to succeed", it's "how did patriarchy favour him"
