Little sleep is like having a few drinks for me. My head might hurt a bit but I'm somewhat more social and less precise.

Other things can also impact it, like how good my sleep has been, what situations I'm in, how I woke up, and so on. I'll also add that sometimes getting four hours less is better than two hours less. Also, I get really wanting snuggles when I'm sleep deprived.

For a single day it is pretty bad but manage le. Two in a row would be a disaster. More than once a week is unsustainable

I will feel somewhat cognitively impaired, but also, much less anxious? And generally better mood that average.

This is just my "folk explanation" not what I actually think is going on, but it sorta feels to me like my CNS just doesn't have enough energy to funnel into being anxious. Anxiety feels like an excess of energy running over. I'm more anxious the more I sleep generally
