Marriages without children should regularly expire (every 5 years, not 15); marriages with children should never expire.

Every 1 year. 15 is way too much. Or even better, open the marriage market and let people choose by themselves. Then let's see what happens

I’d support that for shits and giggles. Most marriages don’t last that long, so there wouldn’t be much of a loss for most people.
