Executing somebody that has never been violent is immoral. There would have to be specific evidence that proves that they were pre-meditating a crime.

Perhaps distinguish between pedophilia and child molesting (people who act on their inclinations in a certain way). Perhaps you wanted to ask whether convicted child molesters should be executed. But you might also reasonably think that the orientation is likely to lead to action

Let's outlaw actions, not thoughts or feelings. You can be attracted to kids and also understand the inherent violence of acting on that attraction.

I bet the people answering "<15" would be so averse to making distinctions between different kinds of minors that they'd end up executing 12-year-olds for being attracted to other 12-year-olds.
