I personally think bestiality is gross
My personal disgust response does not stop me from asking questions about the origin of cultural taboos
I ask questions about a wide variety of taboo topics despite my personal disgust responses

People might be skeptical but screw them. Even if you didn’t think it was gross or was just neutral about it, you weren’t advocating for it and they have no business judging you for just being open and curious.
