Maybe dishonesty is selected higher for both the rich and the poor but the impact of dishonesty is farther reaching in the rich

with the rich the impact is twofold, (1) your bosses lies can become your job (2) the mechanics off sustaining monocultures with the poor rather, I think it's largely cultural.
