What is this “assigned” at birth you speak of? Biological sex is deterministic. It is not an arbitrary choice.

On /r/SampleSize, I showed people porn and asked them to rate how arousing it was. Straight women were more aroused by male than female genitals and nudes, but equally aroused by MM and FF sex. Unlike lesbians, straight men, and gay men.
