I don't believe IQ is that much of a predictor. Is there any hard evidence to show that? Or is everyone on the planet afraid to be "cancelled"? (Of course it's the most important trait for success, but other traits are important too, and there are many of them)

My first thought is how global IQ has been sharply dropping since IQ began being measured. Education has failed and automation is needed for an increasingly stupid population. O.o
