The trust is an implied contract between you and another person. They trust you will remain monogamous, and you violate that by cheating. You aren't involving another person by masturbation.

Some drugs certainly cause harm to the individual, addiction absolutely leads to self destruction, harm, and crime. Some are more harmless, or the harm isn't apparent.
