Women in the US don't have to register for the draft like men. I'd call that a systemic privilege. Although I feel like I'm using the word in a way that most people who say it wouldn't. Because many see it as a weird winner takes all scenario.

i can't speak for everyone, but in the U.S. afaik women can't legally be conscripted or have their genitals mutilated without their consent, and when they commit domestic abuse it's taken much less seriously or they're viewed as the victim

That is some vague-ass wording. The "any" there is doing a lot of work, especially given we're talking about "women" as a whole. Various systemic privileges are doled out to various subsets of women, unevenly, and probably not comparable to that doled out to large subsets of men.
