Hey, wanted to cancel my order to edit the gift message and slightly improve the address, but clicking on the "cancel order here within 30 minutes" link on the confirmation email brings me to a page with no option for cancelling the order, happen to know what's up with that?

Unsure! This is in the domain of our order managing/shipping company, would recommend sending them an email.
Otherwise I can manually cancel your order and refund you, if you'd like. When did you order+keyword in your email?

Ok so... I'm not seeing your order at all. It was today, right? My guess is that the shipping provider *did* in fact cancel your order but failed to load the confirmation page.
