You’re poll is disturbing. Any woman “horrified“ by a normal, intact male body is profoundly warped.
I don’t find cut men unappealing, but I am “horrified” that we take a defenseless baby and cut off part of its genitals without consent or medical need.

I don't think the poll itself is disturbing - the people voting for that particular option are.
I would rather know the % of people who support it than not include it as an option at all.
That‘s a valid point.
My sense that is an inadvertent effect though and that the option of openly expressing disgust at the normal male anatomy is attempting on some level to validate such a reaction.
