If you press the button, you lose the need to exercise - your body acts *as if* you'd been exercising, at a non-perfect but still good B+ level, for the rest of your life. However you also lose the ability to do anything more physically taxing than a light jog.

What does "act at a B+ level mean" if my body can't even run or do pushups? The whole point of exercise is to be able to do things with your body, and being limited to a light jog is a D-.
