Small morning workout every day except for weekends, 8h of quality sleep (going to bed on schedule), coffee in the morning, having clear goals and a clear plan to achieve them, building habits (basically everything writes about).

Ask myself the question:
Why am I tired?
Don't immediately go on to the next thing but really get into it. No intellectual answers, only answers from the whole body. Usually we are tired when one part of us is at war with another, unless we've been doing phisycal labor all day.

Physical fitness and low sugar intake. Lately power yoga (yin and ashtanga flow) really made a huge difference. Yoga gives balance and aerobic workout spikes endorphins.
