I wonder what you seek to measure with this. 😁 The way a question is formulated is extremely important, and so are the options! (e.g. how did you construct both A and B? why not an option of "Neither" or "Both equally" or whatevs) Just some ideas. 🥰

I would say it's all of the above, except 'not real'. 'A' gets more at the definition of Gender. 'B' addresses social norms and outcomes, for better or worse.

False dichotomy. The real problem is prescriptive appeals to nature which only consider a limited subset of nature. Our true nature is: animal body hosting a neural net hosting memes. The game theoretic & evolutionary forces driving memes sometimes override our animal nature.
