Need more context. Dueling traditionally functioned as dispute resolution, but now we use lawsuits--or, I suppose, rap battles and twitter beefs. Would dueling be an option to lawsuits? Like, TOS would give option of arbitration, lawsuit, or duel? Hired duelists?

I can't help but feel like it would have such a degrading impact on the value of human life. This could end up being viewed as sport with pay per view and betting and just a general morbid blood-lust taking over. People paid money to watch
