I think I'm disappointed that the trans community is as vicious and cruel as the pro-life was. Like... I expected better. I am very pro-trans, whereas I'm not pro-life at all, so I sort of just... anticipated more kindness?

It is in no way incumbent upon a group of people to react with kindness and understanding when you say hurtful and ignorant things about them. The trans community doesn't owe you anything. I'd recommending not whining when people get mad at you for insulting them.

I didn't insult them, I just asked what percentage transitioned because of social incentive. Asking questions is not a goddamn insult. I don't have any agenda here, I'm literally just curious jesus christ

I think this community is toxic and abusive. I was raised in a religious cult and I am done in my life experiencing communities that shut down anybody with questions. I'm blocking anybody who insults me for asking a question now.

Questions can be insulting, and it's better to admit that and self-relfect instead of doubling down and getting defensive. Kinda makes it seem like you know you fucked up and just don't want to address it

You asked a question that has been asked to death. Your problem is that you are just one in a long line of people who just pop in out of nowhere and you're not the last either. Also, believe it or not, that check mark comes with responsibilities with regards to your influence 2.
