I would pay a very significant amount of money to have the ability to look like I'm walking around in high heels without having the felt experience of walking around in high heels

my s/o at one point experimented with wearing heels out to brunch, and i ended up having to physically carry her to a store to buy a pair of flipflops for the walk back

this seems likely if you wear them all the time. I mostly want to wear them comfortably maybe 3x a month.

I think women enjoy the felt experience of wearing heels. But not any pain part of it. They enjoy the feeling sexy part.

Practice and well-designed shoes are part of it; I think some people just have better-cushioned feet too. Being able to stand and walk all day requires acclimation, and doing it in heels is like relearning that and making it harder.
-
Given how bad they are for the feet (and thus the rest of the body), though, not worth it. I mean, they were designed to be worn while riding horses, right?

You think men care if girls wear heels or not?
