That my recent work successes were tied to my hard work. Nope, I've been lazy and was lucky.

I was lying in bed, and had somewhere to be very soon, but refused to get out of bed until the caffeine pills kicked in. In that moment I had a revelation that a large portion of what I was calling "depression" was actually entitlement. I'm still processing this.
