I've long wanted some explanation like this to explain why I seem to have largely escaped experiencing discrimination and sexual harassment, but this is just saying the opposite.

I mean the opposite because I score very high on openness and very low on conscientiousness, which predicts I should be more likely to report having experienced discrimination. I am pretty low on neuroticism tho.

Interesting, because I am the same! I clicked through to the thread first and was trying to square it with my traits....so glad to know I am not the only anomaly here, and another data point to perhaps fast-track further study.
