I don't know that I agree with that statement, especially given how fond these people are at hoarding mountains of wealth overseas.

But all that aside, don't you think that money would be better suited towards the rest of the population? Put it towards education and healthcare? Use it to help the rest of the 99% get an education and help them start their own businesses?

Unfortunately lobbying and other sicko greed happens as more money goes to many of those people. Most of those people prefer money that is printed out of thin air anyway

?? as far as I know they invest. Wealthy people want more money. Easiest way to get that is investing. I assumed that was common knowledge.

Even so, who's to say they invest it in something sustainable? This is how slums are made: rush from the countryside to cities because "there are jobs" - ten years later the companies go bankrupt and the people are stranded because they sold their farms to move to the city.
