Any tips? I am trying to get botox injections in my hands for hyperhidrosis, which requires 25-30 injections all over palm and fingers (per hand).
I have a severe needle phobia and yesterday tapped out after 11 injections - it hurts, really bad.

get through this procedure. They used topical numbing cream, *and* I was on 2mg lorazepam, but that still didn't work.
Does anybody have any suggestions, even if creative or hard to pull off? I'm kinda desperate.

Thoracic Spinal Cord Neuralgia here. I find, for the really intense pains, topical numbing creams barely take the edge off, you're definitely not alone there.
Would they not do a local or a nerve block for you?
