A group of women with a severe rape fetish goes to bars and tries to bait people into sexually assaulting them. They do this for years, with some success.
Would you consider these women partially responsible, even a little, for sexual assaults that happen on others?

It depends on the aspects.
Legally? No. In the end, no one forced the perpetrators to commit the assault, unless there actually were coercion involved.
Outside of that, they might share some blame.

"No."
Is a promiscuous person who unfailingly practices safe sex & never gets (or gets anyone) or contracts an STD responsible for those who do get diseases? Literally everyone is "a little" responsible for things that can happen, but this hypo is about individuality.

I’mma ask for help from other posters here. I sincerely cannot come up with a conclusion to the thought process needed to make a decision on this. I just can’t.

A question I've struggled with for years: if a woman is raped, stays quiet for whatever reason, but knows it possible/probable the guy will do it again... is she morally responsible, even a little, for those future rapes?

Ewww that's weird the should have a partner and communicate that's their fantasy and not get the rest of us involved.

You'd have to accept that these women have not, since birth, been shaped by the patriarchy. I do not accept that.
