"No." Is a promiscuous person who unfailingly practices safe sex & never gets (or gets anyone) or contracts an STD responsible for those who do get diseases? Literally everyone is "a little" responsible for things that can happen, but this hypo is about individuality.

A question I've struggled with for years: if a woman is raped, stays quiet for whatever reason, but knows it possible/probable the guy will do it again... is she morally responsible, even a little, for those future rapes?
