What's the lowest amount of money in USD I could pay you to assume a 1% risk of death? (E.g., roll 100 sided dice and if it lands on wrong number, you die)

What'd be interesting to think about regarding this question is what sort of death risk we incur with certain activities. Like, what's the risk of death when driving somewhere? What's the risk of death for higher risk jobs? I suppose that's your point, though?

Just laying in bed all day at home the chance of a person dying throughout the day is like 1 in 1700... You assume a 1 in 1000 chance by getting into a car and driving to work.

Chronic pain, sooo, yeah. Ten grand would be worth a roll. I have an alternate way of asking the question. "You're in a group of 100, each assigned a number. They roll a D100. That number dies. The rest get paid. How much would you need to participate?

I believe this changes the law of averages in that, someone could roll a D100 fifty times and not land on the killing number. In this new version, you roll once and someone *will* die.
