It depends on how people adapt - no idea how they will

Honestly, if nobody is harmed? I mean: You could also ask why people watch films and shows like Hannibal. I don't need pure people, I just need people who don't actually harm others. It might be awfully weird what they are doing, but as long as no real harm is done to anyone...

It would harm the minds of the teens or teenagers who watches them even though they know it’s not real

Movies already use deepfake-like tech and special effects to mimic things that would be seriously harmful if real. What changes if that's used for porn?
-
The underlying question is whether you think that people should have sovereignty over their mental states.

Here's a deep fake question I would be curious to know people's intuitions on: Is creating deep faked porn of real, "normal" people (say, work colleagues) purely for personal consumption (i.e. it's never released or shared in any way) morally wrong?
-
Certainly not. It doesn't harm anyone, so why should it be?

Not enough conditions listed. I presume that the harm can be done by such content which may be nagging at weak people's minds, encouraging them to act in real life. If it all were in a perfect world, only then it might be mostly okay.

I think our beliefs about what is ok are going to change over time in response to technology. People are going to be really uncomfortable for a while, but once the technological cat's out of the bag, we're just going to have to change our expectations regarding this sort of thing
-
(because ought implies can, can not implies ought not. I'm not sure we CAN stop this sort of thing - maybe in the short term but ultimately? Nah, IMO)
