In a world where deep fakes have advanced to the point where you can realistically recreate pornography: How do you feel about the depiction of pornographic scenes that would be seriously harmful if done to real people? (i.e., cannibalism, nonconsent, torture, children)

Movies already use deepfake-like tech and special effects to mimic things that would be seriously harmful if real. What changes if that's used for porn?

Honestly, if nobody is harmed? I mean: You could also ask why people watch films and shows like Hannibal. I don't need pure people, I just need people who don't actually harm others. It might be awfully weird what they are doing, but as long as no real harm is done to anyone...

Here's a deep fake question I would be curious to know people's intuitions on: Is creating deep faked porn of real, "normal" people (say, work colleagues) purely for personal consumption (i.e. it's never released or shared in any way) morally wrong?

Not enough conditions listed. I presume that the harm can be done by such content which may be nagging at weak people's minds, encouraging them to act in real life. If it all were in a perfect world, only then it might be mostly okay.

I think our beliefs about what is ok are going to change over time in response to technology. People are going to be really uncomfortable for a while, but once the technological cat's out of the bag, we're just going to have to change our expectations regarding this sort of thing

Slightly related, I think desirable people (famous etc) in the future will allow certified sex doll or vr copies of themselves to be created by companies, with royalties going to them. Although... maybe certified matters less if you can get a 90% there replica.
