You forgot to add the option “an illegitimate concept” Just because there’s a term, doesn’t mean there’s a thing. There is some kind of thing vaguely related to it, but the term is illegitimate. It’s part of a larger ideology.

i saw a post on fb once where a guy was like "if you want me to sexually objectify you, send me a picture and i will objectify you" and a bunch of people did it and said it was an incredibly validating experience they were starved for

Generally, all of us want to be sexually objectfied by our sex partners. Only people that sexually enslave or actually physicaly harm orhers can turn sexual objectification into bad things.

Poorly constructed poll. Way too general a concept with too many different contexts. Might as well ask if hot weather is bad, or something as equally vague.

Audience see extras in a comedic action movie being blown to bits and laugh. They are used, dehumanized, comsumed, objectified to the ultimate. Uber drivers are objectified as means of transportation. Nobody see a problem with that. People objectify others every day.
