It looks like it was designed by an executive that thinks he knows design and whom has a bunch of butt licking yes men as his executive level.
Others have mentioned "The Homer" and they are right in a way. But people will buy this car despite, not because of its looks.

The truck is clearly ultra-utilitarian and literally bullet proof.
It is function over form, and therein lies it's beauty.
As people come to appreciate the superior heavy duty performance, they will also appreciate the form.

The idea/concept behind the design is great, but the implementation isn't. At best, it's a very extreme iteration, at worst it's simply not appealing, or defined loosely, it's just ugly..
