i've always been confused why body acceptance 'fat is beautiful' movement people don't wear clothing cut to make them look even bigger

Because even when we feel good about ourselves, it doesn’t mean we want to look bigger.

I think it's less about 'fat is beautiful' and more 'your body is beautiful regardless of weight'. So wearing clothing that cut to show off a person's figure is a way of showing that. At least, that's what I think.

While not a member of the movement, but speaking as a fat man, beggers can't be choosers when it comes to fashion.
Everything costs more, understandably, and the selection is limited. It's a borderline miracle that we match... Most of the time.

I'm not sure what you mean by "make them look even bigger" as far as I can tell this could mean "clothing that is loose & flowy" or "clothing that accentuates various parts of their body like a push-up bra" in both cases, the "fat is beautiful" people are already doing this.

It's not about them accepting it as beautiful.
It's about punishing others for not feeling it as beautiful.
