The last time recall being “triggered” was about 2 years ago. Couldn’t even tell you the time before that.

Define triggered. For example: I am easily “triggered” if personal traumas are touched upon insensitively by those who have knowledge about those traumas. Or triggered by repeated exposure to frustrating viewpoints w/o respite. But do these fit your definition of triggered?

Depends on the topic, usually. Most stuff disagreement doesn't phase me. But there's some stuff that will have me beating someone's ass before they can even close their mouth.

I said easily, but included stuff like being put-off by gore, or a troll successfully making me feel a little bad

You'd have to commit some crime (robbery or assault) against me to trigger me

I can't think of any words or phrases that trigger me at all. One would have to go into extreme actions to get a reaction that could be considered "triggered"

In the broadest sense of the word, everyone is supper easily triggered. In the more constrained, contextual meaning, I'd say somewhere between not that easy and kinda easy.
