Personally I really like my super tactile mechanical keyboard (clear cherry switches) because the actuation bump means I can easily type without bottoming out keys (so much less travel distance). That said, I use it primarily for joy, not speed.

I think you’re looking for “low/little actuation” I don’t know of a brand but I believe that’s the level of “pressure” you want to use on your keys

Same problem here. I’m around 120wpm and mechanical keyboards make me type waaaay slower. The best I’ve found is Apple’s Magic Keyboard (the newer model).
