I had a consultation for plastic surgery today! I think I carry a lil social shame from 'caring so much about my appearance.' I'm not sure I actually mind my appearance so much as it feels incredibly advantageous to be more attractive, particularly if I'm public-facing.

I think I'm treating this as a financial investment - I anticipate higher returns on most things if I'm up a point or two on the 'people want to look at my face' scale.

Send photos. We can give you our opinion. Sometimes when people get plastic surgery, they end up looking worse. Especially the women who get their lips fattened. Nicole Kidman for example looked worse after. And sometimes what they were worrying about, wasn’t worth worrying about

I suggest posting photos of your nose and getting your follower’s opinions. You could even use one of your questionnaire things. :-) The woman I spend time with has a bit of a crooked nose—from when her father once hit her.
