I had a consultation for plastic surgery today! I think I carry a lil social shame from 'caring so much about my appearance.' I'm not sure I actually mind my appearance so much as it feels incredibly advantageous to be more attractive, particularly if I'm public-facing.

Good idea! I think I'm coming from a 'sex worker' background here, where I anticipate I'll still use sex appeal for another ~8 years or so, not just on Askhole landing page. Specifics are reducing nose bump and eye droop.
