Usually: very cooperative norms, with near-immediate dismissal of conversations that turn competitive.

I definitely try to have cooperative convos, but I leave a lot of people upset, so I can’t imagine that I come off that way. So, intent is the first, impact is the third option for me.

I assume most people would believe that they are cooperative when in fact they are no more cooperative than most. Kind of like asking "are you a good driver?" - most people would say yes.
