What’s up with this trend of smart people tweeting in all lowercase?
In the age of auto-correct, it says:
“I care so deeply about looking like I DON’T care, that I painstakingly uncapitalize the start of each sentence to seem chill.”

Capitalization rules are just a tool to communicate that evolved based on the medium of the time. The internet is different enough that new rules are evolving. There is no 'correct' rule set.
