I usually use it for A and that's how it was used in western society prior to sustained contact with Buddhist ideas, sometimes I use it for B. I use 'nirvana' for B more often and occasionally for C.

I picked 1 but I feel like something between 1&2. It seems bigger and deeper than something that can happen in just a moment. I guess something like the more work is put in, the deeper and more sustained the enlightenment.
