This is the kind of question you’d want more fine-grained data to answer. If you tracked your mood throughout the day, then you could see what events correlated with changes up and down.

On that: now that you’ve found some trends, perhaps it’s worth running some real experiments. For instance, you could flip a coin each morning to determine whether you can (and must) dance that day. By controlling that variable, you can justify claiming causality.
