Are there clear limits to the relevant misinformation? If a woman agrees to have sex on the basis of a false promise of marriage, is that rape? If a man has sex with his wife, who unbeknownst to him is having an affair (which, if known, would make him not want sex), is that rape?

I would avoid words that strongly imply violence such as rape or assault, but it is misconduct and needs a suitable name of its own.

Entrapment. 5yrs in jail. 5 probation includes pregnancy prevention device/pills, and volunteer work at child welfare agency. No church or religious propaganda required.

Unfortunately the problem with laws like this is how do you prove that was her intent. Lawyers could argue it away as negligence or incompetence all day every day. (Not to suggest there shouldn't be a repercussion)

Not rape but should be illegal. Although I refuse to have sex without a condom so I'll avoid that scenario.

Because while it isn't rape, some countries do have "rape by deception" laws, and it is incredibly shitty either way. The guy would be held liable for child support, even though he was ready to take precautions and was tricked into not doing so.
