Apparently in Harry Potter universe, there used to be no bathrooms because wands. Also, star trek should have repurposed that teleporter (maybe they did? Never seen anyone poop on that show).

I mean... I know it's a joke, but... There is... Kind of... There's a medical condition called Megacolon where you lose your bowel movement and form something called a Fecaloma, and basically you have to do a procedure to remove it
