Beside the fact that I dislike their business practices, I could tell you some stories about their founder Travis.

The service itself is fine. However, they treat their drivers like shit and have used misleading advertising to make it seem like it pays better than it does.
But what really killed my opinion was when they killed that pedestrian with their "self-driving" car.
