How often do you intentionally look at really dark content such as videos of people dying, transcripts of torture, photos of terrible crime scenes, etc.

While I think it's important to be fully aware of the atrocities going on all the time and the grim reality a multitude of people (and other animals) face consistently, I've seen enough truly dark f*cked up sh^t in person that several lifetimes of therapy wouldn't be enough.
