I'd say "might be willing to" is not such an absurd way of reading it, but "*is* willing to" is probably meant as in "joining you in your home = consent"? Or maybe I'm missing the point. Dating has been a while... o.O

That seems like a reasonable working assumption, if she has other accommodation available to her in that city, and until words or actions indicate otherwise.

It's an old fashioned rule that let people have consensual sex without explicitly saying so, for a time when extramarital consensual sex was frowned upon.
