Do you ever get "body cry response"? Like, where you don't feel much mentally but your body gets shakey and you shed some tears for a few seconds before being totally fine again?
If so, does anything in particular trigger this?

My triggers are media representations of polyamory (extremely rare!), psychedelics, and gay people during the early years of the fight for gay rights. Also real videos of births.
The body cry response also happens way more on airplanes. V for vendetta slayed me in the air.

Moments where people express great heroism, great pure goodness or just great greatness at one thing
Most often happens in movies

You can’t be sure that you are the only nexus of consciousness inside your head. There could be another one, even in people without split brains, and maybe it wants to cry because it’s trapped.

Is the "No" option for the (Do you ever get "body cry response"?) or;

I answered "sometimes," but it would probably be "a lot" if I saw more of the things I know trigger it (I prefer to cry as little as possible and actively avoid it).

The end of the movie Midsommar did this for me- so I watched it multiple times

During yoga teacher training, this happened a lot. Tbh I think it was triggered by a safe place to be vulnerable, even if I had no idea what it was about.
The body knows! I typically pick up signs on my mental state via body as I have a hard time identifying feelings
