I once lived in a house with 5 other people where most of them did a 3 day fast at once. It was so annoying being around them by the end of it because the only thing their conversations revolved around was food

Do things you want to do and/or are interested in: learn new things, play video games, do chores you've put off, etc. Physically active hobbies tend to oddly be good distractions, too. Besides that, learn to sit with your hunger and still do the activities you want to do.
