Fucking yikes on that second one. Just say AFAB/AMAB and be done with it if there is some kind of "social upbringing" you want. Genitals don't have anything to do with non sexual and non medical social gatherings.

Both probably should be allowed, but I'd feel weirder about the second one? I can imagine contexts where genitals really are the best proxy for the kind of social environment someone wants at their event, but I'd still feel very weird about their relevance.
