They shouldn't be paying any tax at that level and so disobedience is fine imo. Can't personally support negative income tax and also expect poorer people to pay tax, makes no sense.

I mean, generally, you are eligible for EITC in most of that bracket, so, I am more disapproving for that portion. If you are talking like they aren’t paying their “fair share” I don’t really care that much, it’s top50 I care about.

The difference being that the higher your income, the more likely your 'evasions' have written into the tax code for you.
