The brilliant, weird, creative, playful people are treated the worst, because no one understands them, and it's a little scary, which is far worse than any of those things.

That's ok. One of the cool things about us brilliant, creative, playful, weird humans (etc.) of the universe is that we understand everyone else's fears pretty well, and don't blame anyone for their discrimination and harmful behaviors that make us homeless and suicidal.
