One should always deal with individuals and not groups - e.g. the two sexes are very different with regards to crime. Rape and violent crime are pretty much a male problem - but we blame individual men, not the entire sex.

Moral behaviors would still not depend 100 % on race. Racism would be mistaken sometimes, so it wouldn’t be ok or even accurate.
