In so far as it enables the conditions for a planet where people exist to continue existing.

Perhaps other cycles of the year influenced baby’s temperament such as maternal diet or sunlight exposure at different times of the gestation. And this was simply attributed to star alignment at time of birth.

Like two other comments, I have no doubt that seasonal conditions affect personality. But I want to add: I have no doubt either that the way it affects it is not predictable at all.
