Does anybody know questions with answers that are highly correlated with IQ, but don't look like obvious IQ questions?

yes - a question like "how impacted by socioeconomic oppression in the west is your racial or ethnic demographic on average?" would be very strongly correlated with IQ

Have you thought about the causality on that? My guess is it goes both ways: IQ is partially environmental which can have an effect on group IQ, and IQ is quite strongly correlated with income which can also lead to groups with high average IQs (Asians, Jews) being more wealthy.

the answer is that IQ is a tool designed by those that benefit from systemic oppression. high IQ is correlated with success for the same reasons being tall is correlated with success.

It's just an ideological response not based in reality or evidence.
Obviously, what the person is saying is nonsensical. Unless they are firm believers of conspiracy theories that jews control the world and benefitting the most from racial oppression. Absurdum ad reductio.

Not only that, but its not even an argument. Certain people pushing a fact does not mean it's not true, nor that the fact itself is racist - or any other kind of -ist. If anything, it means that others should talk about it more so that we get a more nuanced view of the matter.
